After working in financial planning for over a decade, focusing on investment planning, tax planning, and retirement planning, Sarah followed her true passion and founded Financial Life Bookkeeping & Solutions, LLC in 2019. She loves working with small business owners to help them set financial goals and intentionally grow their business so they can achieve financial freedom. Sarah can see the big picture of how your business and personal financial life are intertwined, and has coached clients with a vast array of different revenues ranging from brand-new startups to well-established multi-million dollar businesses.

Sarah obtained her Economics degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. After working in financial planning for over a decade, she started Financial Life Bookkeeping & Solutions, LLC in 2019. She lives in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with her husband of 10+ years and their 3 very active children. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, coaching her children in youth sports, volunteering as Treasurer of her HOA and is a member of the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce.

Jennie is continuously assessing and refining the effectiveness of payroll processes at FLBS to ensure your business receives payroll services in an efficient manner.  Her skill set includes five years at Bank of America, five years as an Adjunct Professor and Head Softball Coach at a local community college and 22 years in the Army Reserve.  Jennie joined the FLBS team while she is a stay-at-home mom and Soldier in the Army Reserve, serving as the lead advisor for travel and budget inquiries for a Hospital Center.

Jennie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Redlands and her Master of Science in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific University.  She lives in Hesperia, California with her husband and their two kids.

With a military and education background, Emily is constantly evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures at FLBS to ensure your business receives unmatched customer service.  Her skill set includes serving 12 years as a high school science teacher then high school administrator and 20 years in the Army Reserve.  Emily joined the FLBS team after most recently finishing a 3-year active duty tour as a Brigade Resource Manager managing multi-million dollar budgets and serving as the subject-matter expert on travel, budget, and finance actions and management.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction for Math and Science Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and her Education Specialist Degree in Administration from William Woods University.  She lives in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with her husband and their 2 sports-loving kids.
